We are a precision machine shop

Our CNC machine shop was originally created for our own internal tooling needs. But once we saw a demand for precision machining and manufacturing, we opened our doors to anyone seeking professional machining services.

It’s no secret that we’re primarily a medical device manufacturing specialist. When it comes to precision, things don’t get much more precise than tiny medical devices. That being said, we carry this same level of care over to our general purpose CNC machine shop as well.

Our machine shop is open to one-off prototypes, full production runs, and even contract manufacturing.

Our machines, and our process

When it comes to precision machining, much of the outcome depends on the setup and fixturing. Before a tool ever touches your material, we will have created an entire support system that ensures results meet or exceed your tolerances. We then create machine code specific to your design that our machines follow, allowing us to cut perfect parts every time.

Inspection can be more important than fabrication

Not many machine shops boast an in-house metrology lab at the scale of ours. The same lab that was built out of necessity for our own projects, is used to verify the integrity of your parts.

We run a thorough first article inspection on each new part we cut, and select parts thereafter depending on lot sizes and your needs. All parts for inspection are sent to our metrology lab where critical dimensions are inspected. We are able to certify, and provide reports on your inspection points as needed. Additionally we are capable of 100% inspections for any lot size, if this is something that you require.
